Stagecoach is a bonded carrier providing team service, satellite tracked equipment for time and service sensitive customers. We have both E.D.I. and Internet based load tracking available for all customers. We provide truckload service to the West Coast, Southeast and all Texas/Mexico border points including El Paso, Presidio, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, McAllen, Laredo, Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley.

LTL-Less than Truckload

Our "Border Express" LTL service provides overnight delivery from El Paso to Del Rio and Laredo, Texas, and second day service to McAllen, Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley.

Local Cartage

Stagecoach offers comprehensive local cartage services in our border location. We can provide the following services, and our programs are designed with flexibility so they can be customized to fit your individual needs.

Bulk Transfer/Packaging

From start to finish, Stagecoach provides a full range of bulk transportation and packaging services. We can unload from rail car or ocean container and deliver directly to customer silo or box. Providing cross border transportation into Juarez, Mexico, we handle the shipment throughout the entire process to ensure quality. We are implementing a returnable program for our dedicated business which can lower your packaging expense.

Customs Brokerage

We have a licensed U.S. customers broker on our executive staff and provide a range of services that integrates our warehousing, truckload, bulk and local cartage operations...in the United States and Mexico.

Technology

The team at Stagecoach is dedicated to utilizing the latest technology to improve our operations and enhance customer satisfaction. All OTR trucks are equipped with Qualcomm Satellites to ensure we have constant communication and know equipment positions at all time.  This allows us to accurately track the process of any shipment in "real time." Additionally, our customers can access our web site www.stagecoachcartage.com for current details on loads in progress. Positions are updated hourly for every customer. Current customers can enter loads directly into our system from our web page, as well as request specific rate quotes.

The latest technology is also used to image all documents associated with shipments including freight bills and proof of delivery. All such documents are stored on optical disks and can be accessed immediately by our employees or our customers through our web page at any time.
